I’d like to tell you about my favorite perfumes, from a perfumery you probably have never heard of.

Lili Bermuda, is a perfumery based in St. George’s, Bermuda. My husband and I stumbled upon it while on our honeymoon 20+ years ago, and we have both visited it again when we were in Bermuda, and we have purchased replacement bottles of perfume/cologne online when we ran out.

I currently have three perfumes from Lili Bermuda:

Pink, which is a sweet citrus perfume with notes of pink grapefruit, mimosa, peony and watermelon. This is the first perfume I ever purchased from Lili Bermuda, and I still wear it now, 20+ years later. It is the perfect combination of sweet, citrus and floral without being too youthful or too mature. It is my most worn perfume.

Fresh Water, a true melange of citrus scents with notes of clementine, grapefruit, lemon, along with some herbaceous and woody notes. I love this during the summer or when I am on vacation, because it is light and fresh. It’s also unisex, so it is something that can be shared!

Island Rose, the latest perfume by Lili Bermuda. I actually purchased this online when it was released, without smelling it first. It’s a unique take on a rose perfume, because it has some citrus and fresh greens added to it. Rose perfumes can sometimes smell extremely fake or overpowering, but Island Rose is a perfect, modern take on a rose perfume.

And I couldn’t end this blog post without mentioning my husband’s favorite cologne, Cedar. He has worn this cologne, and only this cologne, for the past 20+ years. It’s fresh and woody with a touch of leather, the heart of which is Bermuda Cedar. It’s a classic, yet modern cologne that is never overpowering.

The best way to try Lili Bermuda’s perfumes is to go visit their charming perfumery in Bermuda. But if you can’t do that, I recommend ordering their Fragrance Library for Her or the Fragrance Library for Him. Each set gives you small sample sizes of many of their perfumes and colognes to try out!
