A while back I wrote about my favorite shampoo and conditioner, the Baobab On A Cloud line from R+Co. I used this product line for quite a few years, and my hair always loved them.
That is until a couple of weeks ago, when I read about a K-Beauty hair line by Dr. Groot. I decided to try the line, just to shake things up a bit. And I am so glad I did, because I now have new Queen Bee haircare products, all of which are available from Amazon!
The first product I tried was the Miracle In-Shower Hair Treatment, ($30), a 10 second rinse that is applied after shampooing, but before conditioner. It immediately made a difference to my hair – so soft and smooth that I didn’t even feel like I needed a conditioner. The rest of the day I had people commenting on how nice my hair looked, and how much more volume it had.
After trying the in-shower hair treatment I was hooked, and decided to purchase the shampoo ($30) and conditioner ($30) to go with it. I feel like my hair hasn’t looked this good in years, and the smell of the products is amazing. Fresh and herbal, but not too strong. And the products are safe for color-treated hair, too.
What I like most of all is that the volume lasts, even between shampoos. I wash my hair every second or third day, and usually by the end of the third day, it is starting to look limp and greasy. With Dr. Groot, my hair keeps looking great day after day!
There is one last product that is part of the line, the Hair Thickening Serum ($24)but I haven’t tried it…yet! I’ll update this post if and when I do try it.
